Food Storage…. Aaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!

I have decided(this week) that food storage/emergency preparedness is something our Family really needs to start working on. Which really means: something I need to start working on. There is a ton of good information out there--so much that its kinda overwhelming. As I start learning, does anyone have any good tips for me? How do you acquire food storage on a tight budget without spending hours couponing? What are you doing to make sure everything is being rotated? I would greatly appreciate advice along the way, and I'll be posting updates on how all of this works out for us as well.
